Cutter blades are installed on the holder of penumatic tip dresser, which is used to grind the electrode cap aftert several welding. The cutter blade is made of iron-carbon alloy. It is formed by adding an appropriate amount of one or more alloying elements to normal carbon steel. It can makes cutter blade higher strength, higher toughness, more wear resistance and more corrosion resistance.
